We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment methods accepted include cryptocurrency, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Specific payment terms may vary by method.

All orders ship from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Vitalis Peptides is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Signature on delivery may be required for certain order values.

Returns are accepted for unopened, sealed products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the certificate of analysis, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return receipt.

Every product ships with a batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA) documenting HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, and endotoxin test results.

COA data represents testing of the specific production batch at the time of analysis. Vitalis Peptides does not guarantee that compound properties remain unchanged after delivery, reconstitution, or storage outside recommended conditions.
